Find an experienced paint stripping expert in Gold Coast

I’m halfway through paint stripping and sanding a timber front door with glass insert. I’ve started, but am time poor. Someone with experience who has worked on similar, and won’t leave a mess please. Previous owner painted light pink over a beautiful timber door, and door frame. I have all the stuff you should need. I’m also trying to get some of the paint out of the grain as best I can so we can clear it. Examples in pics.

Large outdoor poolside area has red peeling paint on sand stone tiles. Need paint removed to original colour of tile and other parts of pool area pressure cleaned. Not popcorn ceiling . It’s more of a textured paint on the ceiling. To be removed prior to moving in. Apartment will be unfurnished. It’s a 70square m apartment. 2 x bedrooms and living room is required for the ceilings to be removed (bathrooms have already been done).
