Mild mould spots need cleaning off

Hi, my living room wall is orange brick and I’d like to paint it white. It would need at least two prime coats and then the paint. The size of the wall is about 6m long. I think a paint spray gun would probably work best. I’ve painted the small brick wall in the upstairs bathroom myself with rollers and a brush, but it’s hard to get everything with the way the brick is (see photo for reference), hence why I think a spray gun would get better coverage.
