Replace the rotten window sill & repair the damaged window frame & trim. You can ignore the rough patch up - that will have to come out. No painting required.

I've had some old curtains removed from 10 windows and it has left little holes where the screws came from. Approximately 4 holes per window need to be sanded field and painted. I don't need the whole window frame redone just those small areas. There are also two small holes in the wall that need filling. I think I should have the paint here too.
