This job will require a site visit first, as we need you to inspect and help source the correct flooring materials before executing the carpet repairs. We need this sorted ASAP. Here is exactly what we need done: 1. Carpet Repairs & Cleaning: >> Site Inspection & Fix: Inspect our flooring (standard office carpet and carpet tiles). We have a long strip of carpet missing that needs to be replaced. We have the materials you just need to install it. >> Carpet Cleaning: Give the office carpet a thorough clean so everything looks fresh and uniform. Note: The room dimensions are roughly 6m x 4m (approx. 24 sqm). 2. Wall Installations: >> Install Roller Blinds: Properly mount and install 3 to 4 DIY roller blinds against the wall. (Blinds will be on-site). >> TV Wall Mount: Securely mount a TV bracket onto the wall and hang the TV. What you need to have: >> Experience with commercial carpet tile repairs and seamless patch fixes. >> Your own professional tools for secure wall mounting (drill, stud finder, appropriate wall anchors/heavy-duty toggles for the TV and blinds, level, etc.). >> Professional carpet cleaning equipment/machinery suitable for a 24 sqm space. When: We need this started ASAP. Ideally, we would like someone to come out for the initial inspection visit early next week so we can get any needed flooring materials ordered immediately.
