small decorative lamp needs repair in Melbourne. I can bring the lamp to you. I believe the problem is the in-line switch needs to be replaced. It is not urgent and does not have a deadline, but this site doesn't allow me to specify that.

the 2 little prongs on the socket are uneven so the globe does not sit flush and the globe will not light up unless I hold it and push down on it. Otherwise the lamp does not work.

The wiring is within the column .it had a pull chain, The base is fixed so would need removing

I have all the components for a homemade table lamp. I just need a licensed electrician to actually connect the wires. I have the base, the inline switch, wall plug and wire. I could do it myself, but I'd rather an electrician do it to make sure I haven't overlooked anything. I can't imagine this would be more than a 10-20 minute job, assuming I have all the correct parts. I live in Tempe, but work in Mascot during the day. One needs the plug, possibly internal globe replaced. The other needs the part where the globe goes replaced. I’m not sure how much work like this should cost so I am open to offers. Looking for someone close by if possible.

Lamp 1. the base at the top of the body got knocked and has come apart from the body Lamps 2 & 3. The on/off switch connection is suspect as the globes were flickering. Probably need re-wiring,

Looking for a licensed electrician to change about 20 European plugs to Australian plugs on desk and standing lamps. All lamps have been rewired in Europe, and would also require test for electricity leaks, etc.

I have purchased the piece to be replaced. It consists of 4 parts. The part the globe clicks into has one side broken. This needs to be replaced and then the wiring reattached. Job itself should take about 10 mins but need someone who is electrical, not just a handyman.

Long black cord currently part of the lamp needs to be replaced with white cord and the cord itself needs shortening, keeping the switch that is on the cord as the way of turning on or off.
