Needing a careful and experienced and professional handyman for several things in my Surfers Paradise apartment. My to do list includes but there could be more: - put tape around paintings - staple things on walks - glue a broken painting frame - hang a few paintings - hang a camera - put up lights I have above paintings - remove some cable cover strips and apply more to cover more cables - secure some previous work not done properly - drill a hole through carpet for a locked door - remove all door auto closers and need to patch the doors once removed and painted white - remove feet from a bed If you’re capable and up to these tasks and a few more please apply only if experienced. Small bathroom in Surfers Paradise units block. Appears that the apartment above may have a leaky vanity. Caused my bathroom ceiling to start sagging and come undone. Just need to be made safe.
