This is a 15 story high rise. On each level there is a storeroom. Each storeroom should have 4 lockable cabinets. They are just basic MDF doors. On some floors, the arrangement has been changed to dual doors or even single doors. I need someone to come through and return them to their original state of 4 doors per floor. This involves removing the dual doors and either cutting them in half and adding a new set of hinges to make 2 doors, or if not possible, provide 2 new MDF doors and hinges to suit. There are 3 single doors that need to be converted to 4 doors each. There are 4 dual door carbonates that need to be converted to 4 doors each This is very basic carpentry work. You need a saw and some hinges and possibly some MDF boards. The photos are of a 4 door set up like they should be and of the incorrect 1 and 2 door arrangements that need to be fixed.

Mid-level apartment complex (product will already be onsite). Pretty basic layout using Bunnings / Lugna range of product. Height of product max @ H2048mm. Depth of product @ D580mm. Two sided space (and framed to suit with a few mm to get into place). Side 1 - LHS @ 1650mm: - W450mm open shelving unit - W600mm half/half hanging - W600mm: - H1024mm open unit (with RHS hinged door, to conceal hot water unit) - H768mm open unit with single adjustable shelf, also with RHS hinged door (this section we would like it key lockable) - I have purchased extra shelving to construct a H300mm section for switchboard above the two units. This will need to be thought out, but doable with the extra D580xW600 supplied shelving. NOTE: the depth of the above W600mm section may need to be adjusted by approx 20mm. The adjacent bathroom door frame/arc is fixed and cannot be removed however we are reliant on the hot water unit being placed against this side therefore the bases may need to be reduced, so whoever is installing must have correct power tools for this task. Side 2 - RHS @ 1350mm: - 1 x 600mm half / half hang (with an extra adjustable shelf placed approx 250mm from bottom) + LHS full height hinged door. - 1 x 750mm 4 x drawers + 2 x open shelves. To be completed before carpet goes down on 4/3/24. I have nominated 27-28/2/24 for this task, although reasonably flexible so long as it is btw Sunday and Wednesday.

I have approx 8 pieces of dark brown timber furniture items that I would like re-stained in a Matt black timber oil / varnish. The pieces are in fairly good condition but the need a light sand as they are a veneer not a solid timber. I have some timber wax to fill any little scratches or dents. They will need a light sand in between coats and approx 2 coats of the timber varnish to get the Matt black colour that I’d like to achieve. The items include Dining Table, Desk x 2, Console, Side Tables x 2 , Bookcase, TV Unit. The unit is being renovated and is empty except for these furniture items so you can work on them in the unit. I think it will take approx 2 days to complete this work and I’m flexible on hours - I just need them finished by Dec 15th please. - Due date: Before Friday, 15 December 2023
