Need to remove termite effected wood and replace with new one

I had the roof leak which caused termite infestation above the patio cement HardieFlex sheet ceiling. I have removed the cement sheet ceiling from the effected area. Now I need carpenter/builder to remove and replace the effected wood that supported the cement sheet ceiling and some of the roof. And finally to install again cement sheet ceiling.

To build a double bed frame and height will be customise so we can use the space underneath as a storage for luggages. Option 1 - Materials and labour Option 2 - Labour only
