I need a small concrete slab. It should be aroud 3 square metres and 10cms deep. It needs to be at a slope so water has somewhere to run. It does't have to be perfect looking as it will be covered with fake grass carpet. The photo indicates the area that needs the small slab. It should finish on a straight line. Needs to be someone with experience that brings their own tools. I have water and electricity but no tools. The person could probably need to imspect the area before buying the materials to have an idea on how much to get. I can either buy the materials for you or you can buy them as long as you provide invoice of purchase. Please in your quote include how much your labour would be, and if you already have an idea on material cost, you can include that separately.

I need a qualified carpenter to fit architraves on 7 door ways (see phots) The whole house has been completed (carpeted rooms), but we couldn’t have these installed until our floor boards were installed. Staircase railing to be installed against wall in 2 storey townhouse in Highland Park. I have attached an image of our staircase and also an image of the type of railing I am after however the railing can just be normal rectangle shaped wood (it doesn't need to be rounded or anything fancy) and in white. Install u shaped ikea kitchen - 5 wall cabinets, 2 corner base cabinets, sink and dishwasher cabinets, 2 base cabinets with drawers, 1 base cabinet with shelves, laminate benchtop. Area 2770mm width x 2523mm length. East side is fridge, stove, hotplate, oven, all wall cabinets. north side is sink, dishwasher, with window above. Removal and disposal of 1990 vintage Simpson Nova wall oven with griller underneath (outside dimensions roughly 930x620) and associated bench cook-top (outside dimensions roughly 930x430) and replace with (already bought) new wall oven (rough size 600 square) and bench cook-top (outside dimensions roughly 590x510) with associated electrics. Bench hole that current cook-top sits in formats to suit the above outside dimensions (930x430) but new cook-top is larger overall and the existing bench hole will need to be enlarge (jig-saw). I don't know if you do cabinetry but it is intended to install a 600x200 (roughly) drawer/shelf beneath the new wall oven position to allow the wall oven to sit on that drawer/shelf and be aligned with a convenient height for everyday use.

I am looking for someone to build a deck with a flyover roof. The sooner the better. The deck will be straight out from the rear of our house to a hedge line, so low to the ground. We have structural and architectural plans already. Flyover to be sandwich press insulated panels. I have attached a rough sketch of the deck for quoting and can provide other photos if needed.
