Needing a handy man(or woman) for the following. Have ordered custom made cabinets for the laundry and powder room. They will be flat packed. All hardware will be supplied, need you to supply the tools and works seen below. Powder room - 1) build flat pack vanity unit. 2) connect vanity unit to existing sink and seal surrounds Laundry room - 1) build flat pack laundry basket pull out cabinet 2)connect to existing laundry cabinets 3) Laminate bench top, needs cutting holes for sink, taps and power cables for washer and dryer 5) mount/join bench top to existing laundry equipment and newly built cabinets, plus seal 6) May need to remove and cut tiles (6 in total) Flexible with time, cabinets won’t be available till the week of the 21st September, any time after this is good. Looking for a handyman or carpenter for several small jobs at my house in Hope Island. Tasks include: • Drill larger holes in 14 internal doors for new door handles (latch holes already present). • Install MDF wall panels on a bar front area approx. 325 cm × 87 cm. • Remove a board behind a study nook. • Fix one door that does not latch properly. • Replace a damaged section of skirting board. Door handles and wall panels supplied.

Have a cabinet that I’ve tried to sand by hand and now feel it’s too big of a job. Want wood finish and then stain with a driftwood beach stain look. Would like someone experienced in furniture restoration. Prefer pick up sand and return. Should be a quick job with the right tools.

Hi. I require a timber top to be made for my firepit measuring 1m x 1m. The timber used will need to stand up to full sun and rain. It is to have no gaps to protect the firepit inside. Thank you.

The cabinets will be delivered to the site, and three people will assist with positioning them. Therefore, only one experienced installer is required. Each cabinet must be secured to both the ceiling (office ceiling with removable panels) and to the adjacent table (laminate to metal). A new plywood base also needs to be attached; the plywood will be provided. There are six cabinets in total. The furniture is premium, so care must be taken throughout the installation, and the job must include cleaning the workspace before leaving. The estimated duration is approximately 3 hours. I also need guidance on the materials and hardware required for the installation so I can purchase them in advance.
