Please send quotes. I need a dishwasher picked up from JB Hi-Fi Oxenford and installed in my kitchen in Mt Tamborine. This requires creating a cavity in the existing cabinetry and (probably separately) a new plumbing setup. If you are a licensed plumber who can do the cabinetry, transport, and plumbing as a complete package, please provide a comprehensive quote. If you are a handyman only quoting for the cabinetry and transport, please state that clearly so I can coordinate a separate plumber for the hook-up. Pickup: collect a standard underbench dishwasher from Oxenford and deliver to my house in Mt Tamborine. Retrofit: modify existing kitchen cabinets to create a clean 600mm (W) x 850mm (H) opening. This involves removing a section of the cabinetry while maintaining the structural integrity of the benchtop. The final result should be aesthetically clean. Notes: 1. Power will be installed separately by an electrician. 2. Please ensure you have a vehicle to transport the dishwasher upright. 3. Cabinetry work must be neat and professional. Separate note on plumbing: The kitchen currently has no dishwasher plumbing. A cold-water junction/tee-valve and drainage must be installed (most likely through the floor to the sub-floor, as this is an elevated house and the dishwasher will not be directly adjacent to the kitchen sink). If you make an offer please state clearly whether it includes plumbing or cabinetry and pick-up only.

We need a stylish awning built over the front door archway on a heritage-style brick house (see first image). Awning can be lean-to or gable. Colorbond steel, white or classic cream and decorative brackets. I've attached some sample images of lean-to and gable awnings in the same style as the house.
