A decked staircase also provides access to the backyard. Scope of Work (for deck including staircase): Replace Loose Screws – Identify and secure any loose fastenings. I’m looking for a qualified plumber or technician to service my water heater. There are no current issues with the unit—it has been working fine but I want to ensure it is properly maintained to prolong its lifespan and efficiency.

To begin with I need 4 areas where powerpoints have been moved to be sanded, and maybe filled if necessary and then painted, as well as two areas where ceiling fans have been moved across. A wall also has some minor water damage so need it bought back to original. One of the heater vents changed over to a new one, i have the vent, as well as the paint and roller and sanding disks. This will be an ongoing arrangement every couple of weeks I will have small general handyman jobs to be completed so an all round knowledge in all types of general maintenance would be great.
