Sliding door pin won’t slot in due to damage on base. Door also needs to be checked for water damage on bottom section, plus sealant on right hand side of door which is worn away.

The door seems to have come off its hinges? It doesn’t move much but if we try and push it in, it almost falls into the floor. Either fix it, or remove door and plaster the ceiling. Can assess and work out plans / payment once diagnosed.

Am needing a vlek v2 sliding door fixed am needing new roller and a plate made up to fix a crack

I have two sliding doors that need to be repaired.Both doors are currently scraping against the bottom rail when opening and closing, making them difficult to slide smoothly. The job is to inspect the doors and sliding mechanism, identify the cause of the scraping, and adjust or repair the rollers/track as required so both doors slide smoothly without rubbing against the rail. Please include supply of any necessary parts, as the wheels/rollers are likely to need replacement, as well as any minor adjustments or alignment needed as part of the job.

Larger sliding door has come off roller.

Hi, I need someone to inspect and repair 3 large sliding doors at my home in Georges Hall, NSW. The issues are: • The lock is not working properly. • The doors seem misaligned and do not close smoothly. • May need adjustment of rollers, track, latch, handle, or lock mechanism.

I have a bathroom pocket/cavity sliding door that has come off its overhead track (see photos). I've tried to re-seat it myself without success. There's a wooden trim piece running along the side of the track mechanism that appears to be glued (not just screwed) to the door frame — I attempted to remove the screws but the trim won't budge, which is likely blocking access to the roller/track assembly. This might be a quick fix for someone experienced with sliding/cavity doors, but could also need a bit of carpentry work if the trim has to be carefully freed or replaced. Happy to increase the budget after an onsite look if more work is required. Looking for quotes to fix a stiff sliding door. We’ve just moved in this house and the sliding door has seen better days. Unsure what’s going on with it, if it’s the track itself but it’s stiff when sliding and gets a bit stuck half way then continues. Tried cleaning the tracks and WD40 and it’s helped but it looks like it’s scrapes the tracks top and bottom when sliding.
