Hi, looking for an experienced roof plumber / gutter specialist to inspect the gutters of a small single storey 3x1 brick house in Coolbellup (1970s build). I’ve noticed some rust stains and paint deterioration around gutter joints, so I would like someone to: Inspect gutters and downpipes Check for leaks, rust, loose brackets, and blockages Confirm whether cleaning, resealing, repair or replacement is required Check general condition of gutters and fascia Provide a quote for recommended works if needed Photos attached for reference. The property will be vacant from 20 March, but inspections can be arranged earlier if required (free for a quote this Friday afternoon 13 March?).
