I have windows security roller shutters at my place. One of the shutter has become faulty and is not responding the switch. Earlier, it was working intermittently but now, it has completely stopped.

When we went to bed, we closed the roller door, we did not realise that a chair was blocking it from fully closing down. When we noticed in the morning we removed the chair, and it shut heavily, now whenever we turn it up or down, it does not open, and it does not move, the motor makes a sound, but every now and then makes a heavy clunking sound.

I am having an issue with the roller shutter. The motor still sounds like it’s running when I press the switch. The light on the control/switch is on, so it seems like it’s still sending signals. However, the shutter itself won’t go up or down. It just stays in place. I am not sure if it’s stuck? The shutter doesn’t seem to be responding properly even though the motor appears to be active.
