Find an experienced handyman in Randwick

One of the inside pins of my twisting door knob on my balcony door is broken and needs to be replaced. I'd need a replacement handle as well as an install. The image below shows the issue and what kind of door knob it is.

Install a shower screen door by modifying our existing walk-in shower. The opening is approximately 815 mm wide. Existing shower glass on the other wall is 10 mm thick and approximately 2000 mm high. Looking for a suitable shower door solution that matches the existing glass, with brushed-gold hardware. Flexible timing. The basement door is old & solid so just need the old stop and jam (hinge post?) replaced with a solid beam and installed as its got signs of rot and the doors out of plumb. Also need a new cylinder for the existing lock and 2 keys to suit. Hit me with a quote. More photos coming Monday.

Need a handy-man or plumber to fit an estilo soft close toilet seat. The toilet seat dimensions definitely fit the size of the toilet, but when trying to fit this myself it seemed that either the screws were too short or the expansion nut was also not effective. I would advise bringing different screws or larger nut expansion pieces if you have them. It might be fine though
