1/ install 3 x floating shelves into brick wall 2/ drill small hole in cabinet for TV chords 3/ hang 7kg framed artwork above fireplace 4/ paint a few areas: 4 x wall patches, 1 x door and 1 x step

Some outside doors don’t close properly and might need sanding. There is an inside bathroom door that needs a new handle/ lock and has an impact hole. Also we have a toilet roll holder that needs fixing replacing. See photos

I am looking to replace two existing fixed timber windows with new awning windows in a ground-floor granny flat.Scope of work includes removal of two existing fixed timber windows and dispose of them. Supply and install new windows including glazing, painting, priming and sealing.Existing Window Dimensions (Width x Height):100cm x 100cm & 93cm x 70cm. Ground floor with easy access.

Patch and paint two outdoor Render spots (allyway pillar and front doorbell)and patch and paint some spots on an internal Gyprock wall (electrician cut squares to thread power point along the bottom of wall). I have and will supply the paint only.

The basement door is old & solid so just need the old stop and jam (hinge post?) replaced with a solid beam and installed as its got signs of rot and the doors out of plumb. Also need a new cylinder for the existing lock and 2 keys to suit. Hit me with a quote. More photos coming Monday.

Need a handy-man or plumber to fit an estilo soft close toilet seat. The toilet seat dimensions definitely fit the size of the toilet, but when trying to fit this myself it seemed that either the screws were too short or the expansion nut was also not effective. I would advise bringing different screws or larger nut expansion pieces if you have them. It might be fine though

We have a dresser that needs to be assembled (Brand is - Cariboo Mackenzie Dresser). We also need this to be secured to the wall for child proofing. We need brackets installed to wall mount a dryer.

Hi, I’m looking for a handyman to help hang some frames in my apartment — one larger frame in the living room and a collage of six smaller frames in the kitchen (photos attached).
