Hole 12*6cm Ceiling light needs changing- awkward spot, above the 3rd stair from top- if this can't be done it's not a deal-breaker. Bifold door pivot needs replacing, doors need to lock smoothly. Wardrobe- one door needs wheel replaced. I will supply all replacements , if anything else is needed please let me know before the job so I can get materials.

Fix/replace one sliding wardrobe door roller that has detached from a timber door. Hole appears stripped. Please bring standard wardrobe rollers/screws in case a replacement is needed.

Hi, Looking for a handyman/carpenter to trim the bottom of an internal door by approx. 5–10mm to increase clearance. The issue is caused by aircon pressure (room becomes negative pressure when door is closed). The goal is to improve airflow. Scope: - Remove door - Trim bottom neatly - Reinstall and ensure smooth operation Note: If the initial trim does not resolve the issue (i.e. clearance still not enough), a second trim may be required. Need a handy-man or plumber to fit an estilo soft close toilet seat. The toilet seat dimensions definitely fit the size of the toilet, but when trying to fit this myself it seemed that either the screws were too short or the expansion nut was also not effective. I would advise bringing different screws or larger nut expansion pieces if you have them. It might be fine though

Hi - I need to install 2 toilet seats to my caroma toilet (see photo of toilet). I have the seats and the hinge set (see photo). One toilet is just an install (as the old seat has been removed) but the second toilet seat needs the old seat removed and the new one installed.
