I need help to fix my garage door. It has been driven into with a tow bar.

I require a handyman to help me with drilling several hooks in the wall for artwork and mirrors. I would also like someone to help with hanging my wall mount tv to the wall. I have double brick walls and some artwork/mirrors are heavy. If someone can also help me connect and disconnect my washing machine and move it to another place (in my building) would be great too!

I require the removal of existing handrails and the supply and installation of four new, highly stable handrails for either side of two sets of outdoor steps (five steps per set). The current rails are screwed directly into the steps and are unstable. Specifications: Height: The top of the handrail must be between 865mm and 1000mm measured vertically from the stair nosing. The height must be consistent throughout the flight. Grip: The handrail must have a circular cross-section with an external diameter of 30mm to 50mm to allow for a full "power grip." Continuity: The rail should, where possible, extend at least one tread depth beyond the top and bottom risers. Scope of work: Remove 4x existing timber handrails fixed to brick. Supply and install 4x new handrails (Treated Timber or Galvanised/Powder-coated Metal). Anchor all posts directly into concrete for maximum stability. Ensure all surfaces where old rails were removed are left neat, flush, and safe. Requirements for Applicants: You must have experience with structural handrail installations. Please provide photos of previous work with an address of a prior installation in the local (Randwick council) area that I can drive to inspect the quality and stability. Tools: bring your own.

A new switchboard has recently been installed in my entrance hall, leaving two sections of the wall requiring repair. The work involves filling holes, patching plaster defects, and painting the areas to match the existing wall. The two sections measure approximately: 43cm x 15cm 40cm x 50cm Plus one small defect about 4x3cm See photos. Scope of work: Prepare the surface and fill any holes or gaps around the new switchboard casing. Patch and sand the plaster to ensure a smooth, flush finish with the rest of the wall. Apply a primer/undercoat if necessary. Paint the repaired sections. I have the matching paint ready to use, but please bring your own brushes, rollers, and drop sheets to protect the floor.

Remove old wire drawer and install 3 IKEA in-cupboard Maximera drawers. Hang two shelves in laundry (one normal, one Tornviken from IKEA). Install IKEA Utrusta under-sink organizer. Hang one picture frame on wall.

Need a handy-man or plumber to fit an estilo soft close toilet seat. The toilet seat dimensions definitely fit the size of the toilet, but when trying to fit this myself it seemed that either the screws were too short or the expansion nut was also not effective. I would advise bringing different screws or larger nut expansion pieces if you have them. It might be fine though

Hi - I need to install 2 toilet seats to my caroma toilet (see photo of toilet). I have the seats and the hinge set (see photo). One toilet is just an install (as the old seat has been removed) but the second toilet seat needs the old seat removed and the new one installed.
