Patch and paint two outdoor Render spots (allyway pillar and front doorbell)and patch and paint some spots on an internal Gyprock wall (electrician cut squares to thread power point along the bottom of wall). I have and will supply the paint only.

Install a hanging ikea shelf, drilling into brick wall in laundry. Around 2m off the ground, shelf size is 80x30cm

The basement door is old & solid so just need the old stop and jam (hinge post?) replaced with a solid beam and installed as its got signs of rot and the doors out of plumb. Also need a new cylinder for the existing lock and 2 keys to suit. Hit me with a quote. More photos coming Monday.

Looking for an experienced garage door technician to diagnose and repair my B&D automatic garage door. Issue: ● The automatic opener has stopped working over the last 2 days. ● The door opens and closes easily when operated manually, so it doesn’t appear to be jammed. ● The motor/remote isn’t opening the door automatically (needs diagnosis). Install a coat rack onto a brick internal wall

I'm looking for a quote to supply and install cornices in a residential unit renovation at 2/98 Fern Street, Randwick NSW 2031. Scope summary: • Approximately 65 linear metres of cornice throughout the unit • Profile: Gyprock 90mm Cove (or equivalent simple cove profile) for all dry areas — living, bedrooms, kitchen, hallway • Wet area requirement: PVC cornice is required for the full bathroom including the shower recess (standard plaster cornice is not suitable for direct shower/moisture exposure). Approximately 12–15 LM of PVC cornice in the bathroom • Substrates are a mix of existing plaster ceilings and new Gyprock-lined walls. Most walls are masonry (double brick), the fridge recess walls are stud-framed with plasterboard • All internal corners and external corners to be neatly jointed and cement-filled • Finished ready for paint (no painting required in this scope) A few things to note: • Access is via common stairwell, ground floor unit — no lift Also attached a markup i've prepared showing extent of conices and beams.

Need a handy-man or plumber to fit an estilo soft close toilet seat. The toilet seat dimensions definitely fit the size of the toilet, but when trying to fit this myself it seemed that either the screws were too short or the expansion nut was also not effective. I would advise bringing different screws or larger nut expansion pieces if you have them. It might be fine though
