Master bedroom: Repair cracked/chipped door frame and jamb. Patch and paint crack near blind fitting. Lounge/living: Touch up kitchen island panel drill holes. Repair chipped skirting and trim at balcony door surround, repaint. Re-caulk kitchen bench where sealant is lifting. Touch up sliding cavity door scratches. Whole apartment: Fill all picture hook holes and patch walls throughout. General paint touch-ups to scuffs and marks. Match to existing wall colour (low sheen). One of my awnings got blown off by wind and I had to throw it away. The bars are still attached and in place, so I’m guessing a new shade is required that can be fixed on the existing bar. I need to hang a blind. I have been sent all the items for it but don’t know how to install. It’s a TUISS blind.

My house has three toilets. All need new seats. (I had bought one new seat and someone installed it, but it fell apart in a few days. I really need someone to come, have a look and then buy and fit three new seats. I am too old to manage this myself, unfortunately. I don’t think there is anything particularly unusual about the toilets. I live in Palace Street very close to Cass brothers - which is where I bought the one seat late last year. Too much choice for me.

Two small jobs: 1. Repair the hole in our bathroom door. I believe it’s hollow core maybe with some foam behind it. Not sure. Just need the hole patched up. 2. Patch paint on wall ready for painting where a stick-on hook has pulled off some paint layers.
