We have a list of tasks we need done including - replace window locks, re-install metal floating shelf, reinstall wall hook, install bathroom floating shelf over tiles, potentially hang some art. If possible fix some bathroom taps and toiler roll holder. Lot of reinstalls due to old soft bricks (old inner west house). After someone to spend ~3hrs getting what they can done with a big focus on quality over speed. Ideally complete during the weekend or a Wednesday and we're able to get you back in next time the list builds up. Note: large energetic dog - we'll aim to keep her outside and out of your way.

One of my awnings got blown off by wind and I had to throw it away. The bars are still attached and in place, so I’m guessing a new shade is required that can be fixed on the existing bar. I need to hang a blind. I have been sent all the items for it but don’t know how to install. It’s a TUISS blind.

My house has three toilets. All need new seats. (I had bought one new seat and someone installed it, but it fell apart in a few days. I really need someone to come, have a look and then buy and fit three new seats. I am too old to manage this myself, unfortunately. I don’t think there is anything particularly unusual about the toilets. I live in Palace Street very close to Cass brothers - which is where I bought the one seat late last year. Too much choice for me.

I need handles installed on 17 kitchen cabinet draws / doors. I expect them perfectly aligned and centered.
