(Pictured) New screen is approximately 900 mm wide × 1450 mm high, consisting of a 400 mm hinged swing panel and 500 mm fixed/hinged panel. Installation instructions and hardware supplied. Job includes: Carefully remove existing glass screen and fittings Remove existing silicone and prepare surfaces Install new screen and supplied hardware Drill/fix into tiled wall as required Correctly align hinged glass panels Waterproof/silicone around bath and wall Removal of old screen not required Please only offer if you have experience installing frameless glass shower screens. Have a new vented clothes dryer. The air outlet / vent is at the back of the unit. Need someone to create a vent outlet from inside the laundry (plaster) to the exterior of the house (brick) so that the damp air can be directed outside. PVC piping was included, but not the wall vent unit. Parkdale VIC 3195.

The front door is not closing properly and may be misaligned. It needs to be adjusted so it closes securely. The outdoor balcony clothesline bracket is also loose and needs to be reattached. Please see the attached photos.

I bought a flat pack “Easy Shed” which comes with flooring and I needs to be put together as I cannot do this. The model number is: EFT-D3008. I need you to bring anchors with you to anchor the shed down aswell as something to attach the shed to the fence for stability once erected. Obviously someone that has done this before. I have all the installation instructions.

I am looking for an experienced handyman/assembler to prepare a site and build a new metal garden shed in my backyard. The Shed: * Type: Skillion Roof Metal Garden Shed (see photo) * Dimensions: 2.25m (W) x 1.51m (D) x 2.14m (H) * Status: Brand new in box with all instructions and components provided. The Site & Prep (Important): The shed needs to be installed in the back corner of my yard (see attached aerial photo). * Current state: The area is a garden bed with a rock border and some small trees/shrubs. * Requirements: I need the Tasker to clear the immediate footprint for the shed, level the ground, and handle the rock border/soil in that specific corner. * Base: The surrounding area is paved. I don’t need a floor as it’s just a garden shed. Tasker Requirements: 1. Must have own tools (drill, riveter, ladder, spirit level). 2. Proven experience assembling flat-pack metal sheds. 3. Ability to clear/level the small garden section. 4. Must secure/anchor the shed properly for wind safety. 5. Please take away the cardboard packaging/rubbish once finished.
