Fix a hole in wall , caused by door handle.

The roman blinds (i believe) have had a part fail inside the blind, so the cords have nothing to catch onto inside the blind. I was told its a very common maintainence issue, so i need it repaired at my former rental sharehouse. I also have a video of the issue I can send to the most qualified candidates.

There is a small dent in the wall and I need it to be patched up and brought back to its original state. Looking for immediate completion.

-Demolish part if not the whole wall with taps -add new studs to old one for that wall section, will need determine how many new studs once the wall is removed -add new bathroom wall sheetings (concrete?) -waterproofing the wall and wet fixture areas -add tiles and grout to new wall *make sure your offer includes materials and labour I will only supply the tiles *please be mindful that it may not only be that small section that needs to be replaced but possibly the whole wall

The tap is loose and needs to be tightened on the kitchen sink . It's a two minute job but I feel it needs the correct tool. When I tighten it, after a week or so, it becomes loose again.
