Scope of works: Wall 1: Simple patch on exposed brick • Size: 214 cm x 14 cm (~0.3 m²) Wall 2: Patching required at top and bottom (see photos) • Total area approx 0.4 m² Ceiling: Patch where wall was removed • Size: 170 cm x 25 cm (~0.425 m²) Cornice: • Total length approx 35 cm • Original cornice has been salvaged from the demolished wall and is available to reuse Requirements: •Smooth, flush finish ready for painting •Match existing wall, ceiling, and cornice profiles as closely as possible •Include sanding and clean-up Happy to have work done over multiple visits if required (set, sand, final coat)

It is about 2m x 1m. I have started the job but will just need help with cutting the tiles to fit around cabinets and doors Paint, tools, and instruments can be provided.

I have purchased a large pine barn door, which I'm currently in the process of staining. I have also bought a set which included the rail, rollers, soft-close fittings (both ends), floor guide and handles - which are all now ready for installation. The full task will include: 1. Installing the handles on the door. 2. Installing the rollers/wheels on the door. 3. Installing a length of flat timber (stained pine) to the timber stud wall (per instruction manual). This isn't shown in the pictures because I haven't bought it and stained it yet, but it will be the same colour as the door. 4. Installing the rails to the wall, complete with soft-close fittings 5. Installing the floor guide (I have a newly installed wooden floor). 6. Making a small cut in the skirting board to allow the door to fully close I have a full set of instructions that come with the rail/wheels, and all screws, bolts, spaces, washers, etc are supplied with the door. The door itself is 1220mm wide x 2200mm tall x 40mm thick and is solid pine, so it's quite heavy.
