Replacement of Maltice lock. The brand name is "Protector" but I don't mind if you can find any brand to replace it. The measurement of lock are height = 14 cm, length = 7 cm, width = 3cm and the centre of the hole till the edge is 4 cm. See the photos as attached. Need locksmith to remove and replace new lock.

Metal roof to kitchen has a hole and is rusted to a section of the roof panel/sheet and requires repair as water is entering the ceiling. A small gap/opening to the kitchen wall located below the gutter also needs to be sealed.

Doors 1 and 2 slide quite well but are not straight. They are flush at the bottom and about 30mm gap at the top. Door 3 does not slide it all. The upper track appears to have a bend in it. Not interested in paying cash and having my money stuck in airtasker. I'm looking to get a quote on installing a Vanity, Mirror Cabinet and Tallboy Wall Cabinet that I rencently bought into my bathroom. The existing Vanity and Mirror will need to be removed. The handtowel holder will need to be relocated. -Vanity is 750mm wide, freestanding and includes sink. Wanting to use existing tap and pipes. The old Vanity is 600mm wide. -The Mirror Wall Cabinet is 1500mm wide to be installed above vanity and toilet. -The Tallboy Wall Cabinet is 400W×300D×1350Hmm and to be installed on the wall next to the towel rail at about 1f off the ground.
