Install Coolaroo balcony blind up - there is a template that comes with it on where to drill and install the roller blind. Requires drilling into concrete wall - quite simple but needs the right hammer drill and tools.

Hi there, Due to a leak and rising damp, we have water damage in the brick walls of this house which has caused mould and blistering. We have images attached of the damage, and would like this issue fixed this week. At a minimum, we want the mouldy parts chiselled out (down to the brick), have the brick dry, have a waterproof sealant applied and the wall re-rendered and waterproof painted. As this property is an Airbnb, we would like the wall job completed by this coming Friday (which is when our next guests are arriving). We are aware that the source of the issue needs to be fixed as well, if this can be done also before this Friday that would be great. If the wall issue is addressed first and then the source is fixed after holiday season, that is okay as well. Please provide quotes for the fix and inclusions, as well as your experience on similar jobs. There are roughly 5-6 patches that are required to be fixed in the home. Thanks!

IKEA ENHET shelf installed into the brick wall next to one already there (as you can see, my attempt left some big holes which also will need covering), and an IKEA HULTARP rail into tiles next to the one already there, (if it is safe to do so, as it is close to the power outlet.) The wall is tough to penetrate (1930s building.)

Hello! We’ve just had a newborn baby and have to sleep in seperate rooms some nights. The second room is too hot! Desperate to have the ceiling fan installed. DC ceiling fan, to be installed into ceiling, two access panels, there is a steel bar to anchor fan into and exisiting ceiling power from downlights in there. Fan is remote controlled only, not wall switched. See fan spec attached and image of room. Wanting this done early AM tomorrow.
