The damage occurred during a roller blind installation when a concealed plumbing pipe was accidentally drilled into. The plumbing repair has already been completed by a licensed plumber. The area is dry and only requires patching and cosmetic finishing. Scope of work: * Patch the small damaged area using suitable render, plaster or Gyprock. * Fill and sand flush with the existing surface. * Prime and paint to match the surrounding wall. * Leave a clean, seamless finish. I need someone to repair 2 existing roller blinds by replacing the old/broken mounting hardware. I’ve already purchased a Windoware Roller Blind Hardware Kit (pictured), which is compatible with the existing blind. The job involves: * Removing the existing blinds * Removing the old brackets/fittings from around the window frame — some of the screws seem quite firmly fixed/stuck into the metal frame and I haven’t been able to easily remove them * Installing the new brackets/hardware I’ve supplied * Refitting the existing roller blind and making sure it rolls up/down properly and sits securely * Removing/cleaning up any redundant old fittings/screws where required The blind itself and fabric are fine — I’m not looking to replace the blind, just the mounting/mechanism hardware. Broken door needs repairing: Replace section of timber jamb as existing broken off. Re fix to frame and install strike plate. Patch and fill existing areas and make sure door closes and locks correctly. Supply install new Lockwood 001 D/L to front door as existing is broken and cannot be re used and is not secure. The glass blades rotate within the window frame (they do not swing outward). I’d like to keep the existing window and install a custom flyscreen, ideally on the outside (courtyard side) if feasible, while keeping the louvre window fully functional. Hi, I’m looking for an experienced installer (ideally glazier or bathroom specialist) for a small bathroom update. Scope of work: * Remove existing U-shaped shower rod and patch/repair tile holes * Remove old silicone around shower base and re-seal properly (waterproof joints) * Supply and install a fixed frameless arched (please see photos for reference) glass panel (approx. 50–70cm wide, ~2m high) on the toilet-facing side of the shower * Ensure clean finish with colour-matched silicone (tiles are travertine-look) Bathroom setup: * Open walk-in shower with a raised hob * Panel will only be installed on one side (toilet side), no panel on washing machine side * Goal is to reduce splash and improve waterproofing Requirements: * Experience with frameless shower glass installation * Must be comfortable drilling into tile without damage * Please specify: * Glass thickness (expecting ~10mm toughened glass) * Mounting method (brackets vs channel) * Whether supply of glass is included Notes: * Photo attached for reference * Looking for a clean, long-lasting result (not a quick patch job)
