My front door is having an issue where it keeps “locking” and not opening properly, even though the lock itself has just been replaced. It doesn’t seem to be a lock issue. The handle turns, but sometimes the door won’t open and feels stuck. It may be a latch, alignment, hinge or strike plate issue – I’m not sure. Two fly screens are ripped and need replacing. Please supply the fly screen. Old wood blind 2.4 needs to be removed and new curtain rod put up, we will supply rod and curtains but you need to take the old blind away. Maybe a few other small things. Allow around 1-2 hours
