My door handle knob won’t twist the lock that is set within the door. When I twist it, the door knob is loose and is not attaching to the mechanism that opens the door. I need help either replacing the door knob or fixing the door knob that exists already. I’m not sure if I need to buy a new door knob just in case if someone can help that would be great.
