I need someone to come and fix 4 mounting brackets for curtain rods to a plasterboard wall. Tried with double sided mounting tape but unfortunately wont hold weight of curtains.

Need someone that has had some experience with hanging paintings on gyprock walls. Ideally should have tools to do this. I can provide hooks etc. There'll be a number of mounting hooks to put up in a house.

My door handle knob won’t twist the lock that is set within the door. When I twist it, the door knob is loose and is not attaching to the mechanism that opens the door. I need help either replacing the door knob or fixing the door knob that exists already. I’m not sure if I need to buy a new door knob just in case if someone can help that would be great.

Looking for an experienced tradesperson to supply and install sliding door(s) to enclose an open brick alcove and turn it into secure (please see the attached image), lockable storage at my property. The space currently has no door or frame — it's an open brick nook under a concrete slab, so the track will need to be fixed to the underside of the slab with a bottom guide track set into the concrete floor. Open to suggestions on the best way to approach this — if there's a better solution than sliding doors for securing this space, I'm happy to hear it. Scope of work: Supply and install sliding door(s), or an alternative solution if you have a better suggestion, with surface-mounted overhead track (fixed to underside of concrete slab) and floor guide. Door(s) must include a secure locking mechanism (padlock hasp, key lock, or similar) suitable for outdoor storage security. Fit handles and hardware and any required trims or stops. We have a kohler toilet that is running. I think that the seal needs to be replaced. We have an internal bathroom sliding door that is not sliding very well. I think that it has come off its tracks, which may need to be adjusted. There is an old balcony door that it is not latching properly. Adding a simple latch may fix it, but it may also need a longer bolt. As I'm pretty sure that the toilet is a simply fix, I'd really like to find some one to do all three jobs. Airtasker always asks me to estimate the price, but I am asking for quotes to find out what it will cost, because I don't know. Please treat the estimate that I have given with a grain of salt.
