Air conditioner inverter outdoor unit is making a squeaking sound. Probably the fan. Also haven’t had the ducted air con unit serviced in a long time. It’s a Mitsubishi mr slim.

Upstairs toilet running after flushing. Upstairs shower taps need to be turned off tightly to stop dripping. Downstairs taps in hand basin need to be turned off very hard to stop water dripping

I have a few door issues I wanted resolved - I’d like an aqara smart lock installed below an existing lock (ie will need to install a lock/latch from scratch) - two internal house doors are sticking against the frame and need to be fixed - one external gate has lost alignment between the lock and latch

The Samsung fridge (SR400LSTC)temperature is set all the way to the coldest but even then when I put a temperature sensor in the fridge I am getting the temperature in the 5-7 degrees range, which is not cold enough. The freezer section is working fine though.
