The front door knob of my elderly mother-in-law’s home is not properly latching shut when you attempt to close it. We will require someone with their own tools + replacement parts (if required) to repair the door handle so it can close properly.

I’m looking for someone to install the top finishing trims on my wet wall panels inside my grooming pod. The job involves: * Measuring and cutting the trim to length. * Sliding the trim onto the top edge of the wet wall panels. * Applying a neat bead of white silicone to seal the trim to the wall so it’s completely watertight. The job is straightforward, but I’m looking for someone who has experience applying silicone neatly, as I want a clean, professional finish. I already have the trim and silicone. You’ll just need to bring your own tools (measuring tape, saw suitable for cutting the trim, silicone gun, etc.).
