Hi, I’m looking for an experienced plasterer or handyman to repair a damaged section of my ceiling, as shown in the attached photo. Work required: * Remove or tidy up the damaged plasterboard around the opening. * Install a new plasterboard patch to cover the exposed area. * Apply plaster compound, tape joints and sand for a smooth finish. * Match the existing ceiling texture and repaint the repaired area to blend with the surrounding ceiling. * Ensure a neat, professional finish with no visible patch marks. There are timber battens across the affected area, as shown in the photo that needs to be removed and the screw holes needs to be covered as well. See the square...well my son's friends were over and rammed themselves in to a couch which in turn rammed it's corner in to the wall. Nice lovely hole. They said theyd fix it and what can I say...well they tried I guess. I can paint it, if you can make it flat...I'm not sure how much that will cost so I'll put up a price and then see what you all will offer. It's about 35cm length but there's some extra bits so let's just say 45cm length and 25 height. About'ish. Hampton Park.

Remove an AC ceiling fan, no light no wall switch. Install a new DC ceiling fan (still in box), it has a light, also comes with a tuya chip, no wall switch required, remote only. Install is in a bedroom, upstairs in a 2 story townhouse, however I believe this should be a pretty straightforward swap out.

Repair and Repaint Damaged Plasterboard Inside Built-in Wardrobe. We recently had our old built-in wardrobe removed and replaced with a new wardrobe system. After removing the old shelves and fittings, several patches of paint and plasterboard surface were damaged, exposing the brown plasterboard paper underneath. Looking for an experienced handyman or plasterer to repair these areas and restore the wall to a clean, smooth white finish. Scope of work: * Prepare and seal the exposed plasterboard patches. * Apply suitable filler/plaster compound where required. * Sand and smooth the repaired areas to blend with the existing wall. * Prime and repaint the affected wall for a consistent white finish. * Protect the newly installed wardrobe shelves, panels and hanging rails during the work. * Clean up after completing the job. The letter box is freestanding on a supposedly concrete base with pavers on top. It has come loose and needs to be secured using an appropriate mounting method. Then replace the broken house number.

Drywall paper in garage accidently got ripped out. The grey wall beneath was showing. I tried fixing myself but it didn’t really work. About 6 patches 5cm in diameter (maximum) each. Needs repainting to match garage wall
