Looking for someone to fix our roof plumbing that has leaked into our garage. - Numerous openings observed on the flat roof. - Missing pressure flashing to the capping. - Aprons have been completely sealed off at the end which will allow for water to build-up through condensation as well as an unsealed join. - Small holes observed to the windows. - Gutters are blocked with natural debris in certain areas. - Downpipe spreader discharges onto the flashings. - Roof screws on flashings fail to have 500mm intervals. - Flues have deteriorated seals. - All issues present are in breach of SAHB39 and NCC regulations.
