Looking for an experienced handyman, carpenter, or fencing specialist to supply and install an elevated privacy screening solution in my courtyard. The goal is to gain privacy from neighboring views without blocking natural sunlight.The installation will need to be securely mounted onto the top of an existing, textured concrete retaining wall (as shown in the attached photo).Material Preferences (Open to discussing both options based on your experience): Option A: Multiwall Polycarbonate sheets or Frosted Acrylic (Plexiglass) panels housed in a neat frame. Option B: Frosted Toughened Glass panels using top-mounted heavy-duty spigots or channel systems. Max 30cm high and approximately 4-5 meters long. In your proposal; 1) Please confirm the materials proposed for the screen, including the composition of both the frame and the infill panels. 2) Please confirm that the frame colour will be colour-matched to the existing balustrades (black). 3) Please confirm that the Dyna Bolts used to secure the screen's fixing brackets will be appropriately sealed to prevent water ingress or deterioration of the boundary wall.

Build an Ikea bookshelf and fix it to the wall, and remove old clothes line and install new one.

We have one DaeSang TechRoll vertical retractable flyscreen fitted within the frame of our rear balcony doorway. The mesh has caught and torn along the side and needs replacing. We would like to retain the existing aluminium frame and roller housing if serviceable. The job includes: Supply and install suitable replacement mesh. Check the roller mechanism, spring tension and side tracks, and adjust as required. Test that the screen pulls down, closes and retracts smoothly. Please have experience repairing retractable roller flyscreens, ideally TechRoll systems. Photos attached. Please quote for labour, materials, call-out and GST if applicable.
