Repair pull out Hills indoor clothes line

Require someone handy to remove my broken washing line from brick wall and install new fold down washing line. Including threading the line. See pictures for more detail. Both old and new lines are approx same length.

Take old washing line put and take away and dispose of. It appears to have been concreted in. Fix side slip in colour bond fencing

Take down clothes line. I just need it removed

The wires have come loose and can no longer provide support.Also, for some unknown reason, some of the brackets can’t hold properly and keep bending.

The wind up mechanism on the clothes line has seized up, possibly because it was not used for about 8 years. It also needs to be restrung (separate issue?)

I would like to move the clothes line to a different brick wall on the side of the house

Looking for an experienced tradesperson, handyman, carpenter to install a Hills Hoist Indoor Clothesline and to fix an error made when trying DIY. 2 of the screws are stripped and need to be removed and then replaced. And then reinstall the clothesline. Someone experienced in finding wall studs would be ideal…our stud finder has failed us. 2 clotheslines in total. One already up(but needs fixing) one still in box.
