Remove 4 broken clothes lines. Chop up and put in bins on site. Cut at ground level and make safe. Install 2 new retractables ( supplied) on brick wall ( on right in photos). Fix Mounting bracket to colour bond fence post.on left

I need a wall-mounted fold-down clothesline properly fixed to an external rendered wall. It was recently installed incorrectly and is not secure. Some fixings have pulled out of the wall, leaving enlarged / damaged holes in the render, and the arms are not sitting flush or evenly. The clothesline currently looks mounted but is unsafe to use. What needs to be done: • Assess whether the existing clothesline can be re-fixed correctly using new anchors, or whether it needs to be removed and reinstalled properly (either in the same position or slightly adjusted if required). • Supply and install appropriate wall fixings/anchors suitable for an external rendered wall (likely masonry anchors / dynabolts or equivalent). • Ensure the clothesline is: • Level • Securely fixed into solid structure • Safe to bear weight when in use • Neatly patch/fill any unused or damaged holes where possible so the wall is left tidy. Important notes: • I do not have tools, screws, or fixings — please bring everything required. • Experience with outdoor wall fixings / clotheslines / masonry walls is preferred. • Task includes assessment + fix (happy to follow your professional recommendation on best approach).
