Fix chandelier on my stairway

The ceiling (2700 high) of a 12 square meter space. There are existing two tube lights installed, we need those two lights to be replaced with the supplied pendant / spot lights for each and also install a new chandelier in between those two lights and connect to existing lighting circuit. We need this to be done by an Accredited Electrician who can provide us with certificate of electrical safety. Thanks
