Nogging in bathroom for walls

We want the existing painted brick wall levelled and finished to a smooth paint-ready finish, I don't want the brick profile showing through.(on left hand). Main wall is 310cm W x 238 H, two small sides sections like next to cupboard, 47.5cm W x 238 H, 9.5cm W x 238 H. Looking for someone that can make this wall look brand new.

I would like to get 2 power points ( 1 in study and 1 in walk in robe) and get 3 ceiling fans installed.

Dismantle and remove of this empty 7 x 3.5 m shed. It has internal framework. It could be reused. The materials could be salvageable for cash. There is easy access as a electric gate has been put right in front of it. Straight out onto the street/driveway.

We need some render repaired on the front of our building. We're looking to get some art work installed and as you can see from the pics, the previous tenants signage has left some holes/cracks in the render, that need repairing beforehand.

I’m looking to get some curtain tracks installed at my office near Southland (Bay Rd, Cheltenham), and I also need alteration work done on the curtain panels themselves. Hoping you can help with both, or point me in the right direction of another tradesperson? Windows/walls: - Wall 1: 3370mm - Wall 2: 1300mm Curtain panels (sheer S-fold): - Panel 1: 4500mm (for Wall 1) - Panel 2: 2100mm (for Wall 2) Both panels are wider than the walls they're for, so along with installing and cutting the tracks to size, I'll need each panel taken in to match — removing the excess hooks and header tape and re-hemming the side so the spacing sits evenly on the shorter track. Could you please let me know: 1. Whether you do both track installation and this kind of width alteration? —- 2. Cost for supplying/installing 2 tracks (cut to the sizes above) plus altering the 2 panels —— 3. Turnaround time —— 4. Whether you need me to bring the curtains in, or can quote from photos/measurements first —— 5. Would it be better for you to come on site to quote and also to sight the curtains? Thank you!

I would like to request a quote for the manufacture only of blockout roller blinds and S-fold sheer curtains based on the measurements shown in the attached pictures. - The wall-to-wall measurements are for the S-fold sheer curtains. - The roller blind chain cords should be approximately three-quarters (3/4) of the total drop length. - I require pricing for manufacture only; installation is not required. Please separate quotes as per lotnumber. Could you also please advise your current lead time for production?
