Our garage door spring has exploded out of its original connection that was required to balance and lift the weight the door tilt / electric door opener. The spring had to be fixed in a unique spot due to a concrete plinth being in the way of the original connection point when it was installed. We need someone with expertise and experience in garage door maintenance to re-anchor the existing spring and balance the door to work with the opening mechanism or otherwise provide a working solution to get it lifting again with the electric motor. NOTE: THIS IS A POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS JOB AS THE SPRINGS AND GARAGE DOOR ARE OLD.
