Need to fix a chandelier on the entrance, light over kitchen bench and install a plug point in the laundry area.

I have a chandelier that would like someone to do the installation on ceiling in single storey house. The weight of whole chandelier is 8.5kg. There is already an electrical point for downlight where this needs to be installed.

There are existing two tube lights installed, we need those two lights to be replaced with the supplied pendant / spot lights for each and also install a new chandelier in between those two lights and connect to existing lighting circuit.
