The light is located above a stairwell (void area), so access is difficult due to the height and position over the stairs. Details: * Remove existing chandelier * Install new chandelier (already purchased) * Adjust chain/height of the new fitting as required * Wiring is already in place Access notes: * Located above stair void (see photos) * High ceiling – not reachable with a standard ladder * You will need appropriate equipment (e.g. extension ladder or scaffold) * Experience working at height is essential * I’ve uploaded the photo of the new chandelier, the new one only has 9 hanging pendants.
