I have a single story house. I want to install three pendant lights, one chandelier and one fan. 1. Install three pendent lights on kitchen bench top, which has three light sockets and switch. 2. Install chandelier on dinning table which doesn’t have light socket and switch. 3. Fresh installation on Fan. Does not have socket and switch. 4. I also want to install dimmer switch for existing down-lights. If you can provide the dimmer switch then it would be great. Would like to do it on weekend or on Friday. Please see attached photos.
