Both chandeliers, already affixed to the ceilings, requirement is to connection of wiring, the joining of components, and the issuance of a certificate. There is no requirement to install LEDs or crystals. Please refer to the attached pictures showcasing both chandeliers.

I have recently bought a floor stock chandelier from koala living. I got a double story home and the builder has already done the noggin in the celling. Electrical point is already there- all you have to do is hangs the chandelier as it s a heavy item.

We have a chandelier to install in our new home in Grandview Estate Truganina asap. It will be located in a void in which the ceiling height is about 5.2m so scaffolding would be needed. Junction box in the roof space so can be connected to this. The chandelier is about 10kg. Also wanting to install 2x pendant lights in our kitchen. Need to install 1 chandelier(above staircase) & 4 pendant lights(3 above kitchen island & 1 in the powder room on ground floor). Our chandelier has wiring issues and when connected or turned on - trips the power. Need an electrician to come and fix it. This job might need cladding to access the chandelier. Also it’s a 24 light chandelier.
