We have a downpipe as pictured that gets noisy at night when it’s raining from the drips that hit the bend. Looking for someone who knows what they are doing to come and insert some kind of material that will stop the noise. The downpipe is upstairs outside our bedroom. Pretty easy access but you will need a ladder to get onto the roof.

The door to my kitchen has become detached to a wooden frame that is attached via hinges. The hinges and frame are intact. The door appears to be a hollow-core internal door and the hinge-side timber stile has separated from the door skin. You can see the cardboard honeycomb inside. I'm hoping for a repair rather than replacement

We have double glazed windows in our bedrooms but I’m noticing a small gap between the window and the plaster. And I feel like there's some wind getting in and also some sound coming through that gap. The gap is quite small, maybe 1mm but when I slide a piece of paper through it goes in quite a long way. Looking for someone to come and seal the gap properly. 3 windows total.

Roller blind stopping rolling it’s stuck

We have had an old gas heater removed from an inbuilt mantel. We want to completely remove the mantel and patch up the wall which is rendered brick. We can paint it ourselves, just need it removed and patched. The current mantel is wood and tile.
