The original roof leak has already been completely fixed and the area is dry, but the ceiling needs to be restored to a "like new" condition. My front door is starting to pull away from the door by the hinges. After retightening all screws it will pull away after a few days. I also have an internal door that I have attempted to install a Lockwood Privacy lever set. However the privacy nib does not work when installed so looking for someone to install this correctly.

We are a medical clinic. Our black-out roller blinds are in need of some maintenance as the cord to control the blind has come off the hinge, and the blinds are also no longer able to carry their own weight and drop until completely unravelled.
