Hi there, I’m looking for someone to repair or replace 2 x broken undermount rail sliders on a kitchen cutlery drawer. The soft-close mechanism on both rail sliders appears to be damaged due to a hard shut. Dimension, at close. It around 48cm and fully extension at 79cm. The component that looks like a “knife” (which I believe is part of the soft-close mechanism) is broken on both rails.
