Hi, I'm looking to repair and re-render several external courtyard walls. The existing render and paint were applied approximately three years ago but have since failed. The render skim coat became sandy and powdery underneath, causing the paint to bubble and peel. I've stripped back much of the affected area to bare brickwork, which is a combination of old and new bricks. I'm looking for the exposed areas to be properly prepared and re-rendered using a suitable exterior system that will bond reliably and prevent the same issue happening again. The finish should match the existing white walls, which have a lightly textured, traditional bagged-brick appearance, with some brick outlines still visible.
