Ducted air conditioning is not working in one of the rooms. It is also connected to a home automation system (Home centre 2 Fibaro system). Need someone with air conditioning experience as well as tech experience with home centre systems. We think the vent/zone is permanently closed for this room.

Looking for a licensed electrician to install three Kogan LED ceiling lights—one in the bedroom, one in the living room, and one in the garage. Need a cover for an instant gas water heater. Photos of the heater are attached and approx dimensions are L 1000mm x W 380mm x D 225mm. Ground floor fuse has blown. Unable to locate fault. Need to systematically check all down lights and LED wall lights. Three story town house. About 27 down lights on ground floor have been affected.

Install a powerpoint.There is a box right above that I believe is active, otherwise there is a powerpoint across a doorway maybe 2 meters away if following wall. Also want a quote to install two ceiling fans. One in place of a light in ground floor bedroom, other in living room (it has downlights - no roof access but its a corrugated iron roof above) The second ceiling fan can just be via remote only. I have a ladder and can get the outlet and the ceiling fans. There is an extra photo of an alfresco that I am considering a fan for too. There is a light there - only one works

Rewire a lamp, ideally onsite.

We need our electrical board reviewed and upgraded. As well as 10 PowerPoints installed, wiring/cabling reviewed and upgraded plus a general safety review and including wiring fixed

I have a ceiling plaster rose and a bayonet fitting in the centre which is not attached to a joist beam (I had a look). I want to attach a 3.5kg brass and glass light pendent which obviously needs support. It doesn’t seem like it can be done. Anyone know how without stuffing up the plaster rose and still having it centered? The pendant hangs by a hook. See pics closely. May need hard wiring? How do we support the weight safely? There is ceiling access- pitched roof. Let me know. Thanks.

Bathroom has a single Fluorescent bare batten on wall which works with ceiling air vent, the vent is working but the bathroom light batten needs to be repaired, the light doesn’t come on.
