I would like to run an ethernet cable from our modem to our bedroom as the connection is not strong enough. Ideally I would like the cable to go through the roof and on a plate in the bedroom wall. Single storey house. I attached floor plan for distances. I don't have a cable or a plate.
Arian did a fantastic job. He was able to fit us in his schedule in a very short notice. I made a mistake about the location of our modem so he had to re do the wiring and use more time and materials but he insisted he wouldn't charge more. Fantastic communication, very quick and very professional. I would use him again

I am having a lot of trouble connecting my TP link modem router to my NBN connection. Looking for someone TODAY who knows NBN well, and can help figure out what is going on. Preferable if you can bring your own VDSL2 router as well to see if it’s my router. The router is connected via the DSL cable, and the sync light is on. I have confirmed this with Tangerine Telco and they said that the sync is all good on their side / that they can see the modem is connected. I am fairly techy and have tried alot of stuff from online forums but to no avail.
David was extremely knowledgeable, and helped point me in the right direction for my NBN problems.

I have recently moved into a new place. I need someone to help me connect my modem to the TP link, so my Ethernet wires in the house are working. Currently when I plug in the TP link into the modem, I lose the wifi connection. It probably needs to be reset and reconfigured from the previous tenants.
