We have a small Blackbutt timber courtyard deck that needs to be replaced, it’s 3.5m x 3.5m (13sqm) and nailed to a treated pine frame. When first installed we had the area ground levelled compacted, plastic sheets were placed over the ground and a treated pine frame was built before the Bluckbutt timber was nailed on top. The first job was very well finished by a friend. In the last photo you can see there is a small section where a hatch can be lifted to access a sump drain below. We are interested in separate quotes, one for the work and the other for materials.

I have two wall cabinets that need to be installed, a wall-hung bookshelf, some shelves (for above the desktop - that cabinet that is drawn is too deep for the space) to be cut and installed, cut and install a wooden desk table top. + Optional fabricate some custom cabinets and install (image with tv) All materials would be provided from the homeowner.

Need help installing a sliding barn door and wood panel to fill a very high internal doorway (see detail below). I plan to buy all the components in advance of your visit but would appreciate a call in advance of the site visit to confirm/refine the selection of components. The existing door opening is narrow (695mm) but quite high (2885mm) so we will likely need to fix a small wooden panel above the highest door I can find (which is 2400mm). The adjacent wall looks like a nail laminated timber panel so will try to match that. I will need some advice on the fixings for this panel and the barn door rail as the surrounding structure is a steel I shaped beam above, a steel I shaped column on one side and the laminated timber panel on the other side (see attached photo). I imagine drilling into the I shaped beams will be a challenge so some advice on the choice of fixings would be welcome before we schedule the job (e.g. suspending the rail from the rafters above?) The opening estimate assumes it would take almost a full day of work but I will take your lead on your proposed design / quote.

Wanting a quote for the supply and install of a partial replacement of a gyprock sheet (1.2m by 3.65m) and patched to adjoin existing sheet. There may be some minor carpentry work required to attached timber frame to wall for sheet to be attached to. I would also like a quote for the supply and install of 4 separate lengths of cornice 4m, 3.65m, 3.2m and 1m, including the removing the existing damaged cornices. I would like to get a plasterer to install sheets of plasterboard to the ceiling of my room the size is 4m x 5.5m, I will provide the plasterboard, it will need to be finished ready to be painted. Place is a building site - no need to put down drop sheets. Doesn’t need to be square set as we are going to fit cornices around the edge.

I have bought some carpet and underlay (pickup required from warehouse in Annandale) and require the install into 1 x bedroom (2.65 x 2.7m wide) in Redfern. The apartment is currently empty/vacant.
