I need a small section cut out of a kitchen cabinet shelf to fit my new refrigerator into place, in Pyrmont . The cabinet is above the fridge and only half depth, so only the front portion of the shelf needs a notch cut. The cutout needs to be roughly six inches by six inches to clear a raised cap on top of the fridge. This should be a short job for someone experienced with carpentry or cabinetry who has their own tools. Ideally completed this coming weekend. Carpentry. Replace a 100mm dia. Pine log pergola beam that has rotted and split in half. The pine log is approx. 3.5m long and notched at each end and fixed to supports. We will place this inside of the polycarbonate roof so the beam doesn’t rot out again.

Cabinet door hinge has come away due to the holes too big for the screws. Door and hinge are fine, just need reinforcement within the holes. I don’t have the tools or parts, so looking for someone who can bring the necessary equipment to reinforce the door onto the cabinetry. Please include any additional payment required for parts.

I need to fix up the top panels of my verandah fencing brought back to life. The panels have been exposed to the weather, so I guess they need a sand and revarnish to match colour of the rest of the fencing, which does not need anything done to it. I also need the two panels that have come loose to be nailed back in.

Replace timber panel and repair rotted timber on front fascia

I need a plywood panel cut to size to neatly cover the exposed section of floor shown in the photo. The existing white panel above the gap will be used for this. The surrounding timber flooring is not perfectly straight/square, so the panel needs to be carefully measured and cut to fit the actual shape of the opening with minimal gaps. There is also a cable coming up through the middle of the exposed area, so the panel will need a precisely positioned groove/channel or narrow cut-out to fit around the cable. Looking for someone experienced with accurate measuring and precision cutting/joinery who can achieve a clean, neat fit.
