Need the splashback cut down in preparation for new counter top.

Looking for an experienced carpenter/installer. Cabinet Installation: 7 wall cabinets anchored into brick wall. 7 base cabinets (cupboards, no drawers) leveled and secured. 1 washing machine stack cupboard. No flatpacks. Cut outs in 3 cabinets for elec/plumbing [2 base, 1 wall cabinet]. Timber Benchtop Installation: 3 x straight bench tops (no mitre joins, no sanding, no sealing required, already cut to size). Secure to base cabinets. Cut out for 1 drop-in sink. I have masonry anchors, and can get cabinet-connecting screws [but not sure what to get]. Also don't have cleats/support timber for bench tops but can get. pics: base cabinet, bracket on back of wall cabinet, something that came with wall cabinet, inside top edge of base cabinet.

I have a stainless steel fridge that had magnets on it. When I’ve pulled the magnets off, some have left a rust like look on the fridge from the magnet itself rusting. I would like some experienced in removing this without damaging the fridge or fridge varnish. If this is you, I’d love to hear from you.

This job is for a carpenter to complete works for our building company such a patching holes, silicon work, door hanging and install including sliding cavity doors and the like. If the jobs are successful, this can lead to lots of on-going works and possibly full-time contractor. Contractor will need to be able to drive and travel around Sydney and possibly Newcastle if possible, on some occasions. Police checks, Trade licences and Insurances are required to be submitted prior to any work is issued.

(Let me know if I've missed the mark price wise here, I'm not very knowledgeable about this kind of work, so please tell me what's reasonable) I'm hoping to maximise the most of a far wall in the living room, which has this kind of column protruding in the centre that has meant there's some dead/difficult to utilise space on each side. I'm hoping to create some kind of unit that runs the length of the wall and is built around the protruding pillar. I can best describe the piece in three parts. The first part, which is the lowest to the ground, functions essentially as a bench to sit on. About 50cm off the ground. Ideally this could lift up from the top to work as a chest-style storage box. The next section is in the middle, and about 110cm off the ground. Would transition like a step up from the previous section. The final third section would be the next step up. The box part of that would only rise to the same height of 110cm. But ideally on top of this third part in the corner, there could be a sort of shelf/partition on the side. Anyway, crucially, I'd hope that for the second/middle section and the far corner third section, there could be sliding front doors to allow for storage behind them. Re a material, I was thinking this could be done with plywood? But am openminded re materials/whatever works and is sturdy enough to support a human's weight

Replace Outdoor Timber Bench/Box Top – 3m × 450mm Looking for a carpenter/handyman to remove and replace the existing weathered timber boards shown in the photo. Approximate dimensions: 3000mm long × 450mm wide. Looking for a like-for-like replacement using suitable outdoor decking timber, including removal/disposal of existing boards, supply of new timber, installation and exterior oil/stain. Existing concrete/rendered base is to remain. Please quote all-inclusive supply and installation.

Cabinet door hinge has come away due to the holes too big for the screws. Door and hinge are fine, just need reinforcement within the holes. I don’t have the tools or parts, so looking for someone who can bring the necessary equipment to reinforce the door onto the cabinetry. Please include any additional payment required for parts.

I need to fix up the top panels of my verandah fencing brought back to life. The panels have been exposed to the weather, so I guess they need a sand and revarnish to match colour of the rest of the fencing, which does not need anything done to it. I also need the two panels that have come loose to be nailed back in.

I need a plywood panel cut to size to neatly cover the exposed section of floor shown in the photo. The existing white panel above the gap will be used for this. The surrounding timber flooring is not perfectly straight/square, so the panel needs to be carefully measured and cut to fit the actual shape of the opening with minimal gaps. There is also a cable coming up through the middle of the exposed area, so the panel will need a precisely positioned groove/channel or narrow cut-out to fit around the cable. Looking for someone experienced with accurate measuring and precision cutting/joinery who can achieve a clean, neat fit.

We've recently moved into a house where one section of wooden floorboards is coloured differently to the nearby sections. We would like that section of floor restained so that it better matches the rest of the house. We know it likely won't be possibly to perfectly match the colour - that's fine, we just want the difference to be less obvious. The area measures approximately 3.5m x 3.5m. We don't know what wood the floorboards are made of, nor what stains or products have been used. The house is from around 1900. We are seeking someone to: - Sand that area of floor back, - Stain the floorboards to better match the rest of the house, and - Apply a new topcoat. We will pay for the stain and top coat - but would appreciate your expertise to choose and purchase the right products to use, particularly to best match the colour. The house is currently empty so there's no furniture etc to work around. We will have some people painting the house at the same time but will make sure they are not in your way. Work can be carried out any time between Sat 15 Aug to Thu 20 Aug. There's free street parking outside and it's usually not difficult to find a spot. Handy person to install a 30l in kitchen cabinet as per the instructions in the picture. Also drill 4 shelf peg holes at the required. height and spacing to support the adjustable shelves.

The van sustained damage on a recent holiday and I need help repairing it. A wood panel below the murphy bed has come out of alignment and is preventing the bed from folding down. I have a 60mm diameter hole in a cabinet door (20mm thick) that I want to fill. I have a piece of particle board but I don’t have hole saw or jig saw to cut the piece to plug the hole.
