We are replacing our current fully integrated Smeg dishwasher with a semi-integrated Miele dishwasher. The task is to accurately cut down the existing birch ply joinery panel to the appropriate dimensions and apply clear coat varnish/sealant to the cut edge to prevent moisture ingress. Looking for a carpenter/joinery for an apartment kitchen update and cupboard build/installation in Surry Hills. The apartment is a small 1 bedroom property with parking and lift access. Job required: - Update exisiting galley kitchen approximately 2.5m (install sink, replace appliances and hardware) - Looking at getting a kitchen island built (same length as galley kitchen 2.5M). No sink cut out required as there is an exisiting sink on the galley. Please note, one side will need to fit 2x under counter fridges and 1x under counter freezer with an inbuilt shelf on the other side of the island to increase storage space. Attached 2 different white good brands for comparison and dimensions. Ideally looking at having them integrated to match island material for a seamless finish. Likewise with the storage cupboards at the front. - Update the pantry to include a roll out shelf unit. - Update laundry cavity to a smarter layout with shelves. Open to suggestions with using both entry level to more premium materials, including IKEA hacks incorporating laminate or porcelain/ceramic tiles for the island bench.
