Internal original door was removed by previous owner and needs rehanging and balancing. Door, hinges and handle are already present. Latch is fitted and working but needs adjustment and lubrication. I have 2x internal doors (both hardwood with glass panel in the middle). I want to have them both hanged in my unit and have the existing doors removed. I'm not sure if the door handles will line up so they may need to be adjusted. One of the doors does not have a door handle in it, so a hole will need to be cut into the wood to allow space to insert the door handle.

Our left roller door in our group fitness room does not go up or down anymore like the right one does. It’s controlled by an electrical switch. Not sure if this requires an electrician to enable the door to go up and down. Please note we are at a female only gym so the job will need to be done in the middle of the day during non-peak times.

Handle to hold shower, came off the tiles. Can’t hold the shower weight. There is lot of rust behind that screw which holds the metal part. Might need to re-drill it. Bathroom lock still not work may need some lubricant to get it working
