We recently purchased this home and noticed that the front windows appear to be jammed. It seems they may have been painted over, which is preventing them from opening. I tried cutting through the paint with a cutter, but it's not working. I’d appreciate some assistance from an expert to get them open, as we’d like to improve ventilation throughout the home.

I have a hole in the WIR door that needs to be patched up and painted. It’s a decent size but perfectly circular as it was done with a circular drill bit. I still have the pieces from the door to aid with that patching. The door is a normal indoor white/off white. I can provide photos in different lighting although colour matching will need to be done. A door has come off its hinges. I suspect it was not attached properly previously (we have just moved house). Another door needs attention as well, as it won't close properly. (Sock inside to keep it closed.)
