Door frame has partially come away (approximately from the bottom up to the middle of the frame). In addition, the fly screen door closer pump has been ripped out of the door frame, including the screws. The door frame may require repair or reinforcement so the door closer pump can be securely reinstalled. Once repairs are complete, the closer pump needs to be refitted correctly. Any areas affected by the repair will need to be patched and repainted where necessary. Paint can be provided. All other materials required (screws, fixings, bog, patch filler, etc) must be supplied
