Issue with window door not being able to close fully

The rubber seal strips at the bottom and side of the shower door has come off and needs to be replaced and/or reattached. Please supply and install a suitable replacement seal if needed. Looking for someone experienced with shower door repairs to ensure a proper watertight fit. Thank you!

Door handle broken from outside and needs replacement

I recently brought my cat to live with me in a rental share house. He needs to be able to come and go from my room at night, but I don't want to sleep with my bedroom door open. I have purchased a second-hand door, and a cat flap. The new door is exactly same size as my current bedroom door (standard 820 x 2040 x 35mm, hollow in the middle). The handles are at the same height. I'd like to have a cat flap installed into the new door, have my current bedroom door removed for safe storage, and have the new door installed into the frame.

Our roller door no longer opens automatically. Not sure if the door is stuck on something. I can see the motor turn but the door doesn’t move

The latch on my window has broken off. I need some one to screw/glue it back on with new screws. I also have a power point that has come loose from the wall and need it to be re attached. However, there doesn’t seem to be any structure for the PowerPoint to go in aside from the plasterboard. Lastly, the fire alarm is not existent and I need the hole covered up. I’m looking for an all-in-one tradie that thinks they can do all three tasks. My location is right in front of the train station and can be a little bit hard for parking but I’m happy to pay for street parking and assist you carrying gear if necessary.

Hi, we need three things done please: 1 - a kitchen cupboard door has become misaligned on its hinges, and now closes too closely to another door. The cupboard door requires adjustment (see pictures) 2 - we have a number of window winders that are broken and either need repair or replacement (see pictures) 3 - front door does not latch correctly, and needs to be slammed to lock properly.
