My automatic garage door isn’t working. Think the gears are misaligned as had hit something and now won’t work automatically (also door can open/ close smoothly when on manual mode)

Window is not closing flush. It seems like the hinge or locking mechanism may be misaligned or worn.

The front door of my unit closes with a hinge mechanism. Lately the door hasn’t quite been closing so I think the mechanism needs tightening or fixing.

Remove screen from window

I need to replace a hollow core door in my bedroom

Painted white wooden door on two hinges. Bottom hinge broke and chipped off some of the door. Need to patch up the door, reattach door back on the hinge with suitable screws, and any paint touch ups needed at the end.

The garage door isn't locking. The locking mechanism stops short of the cutout thats supposed to engage the lock. When extended it scrapes against the vertical rail. Would like some sort of service call to make any necessary adjustments so that its working properly. To also test the motor with the remote.

Wooden double door needs to be fixed to ensure it’s firmly closed. Door opens slightly with wind gusts and lets air in. Door has top and bottom bolts but they are not working properly and either need to be fixed or replaced. I’m flexible with times

Job: caulking and sealing around x1 garage window and in surrounding brick above to address a water leak. Require flexibility for an additional leak inspection in garage ceiling where staining is occurring, and another small sealing job on the outside corner of the shower.

Loose door handle needs fixing

Task is to move this shower/ bath glass door up a little bit so that it can swing outwards. I understand the bracket is screwed into the tile so I’m unsure if it can be removed and then redrilled into the tiles again so close to the original site.

3 hinges need fixing aswell as top hydrolic bar

I am looking for a handy person to help me fix both my bathroom door handle and my balcony door - please see the photos below. Bathroom door - handle is starting to fall off, not sure how to put back on, but no parts missing as far as I know. Balcony door - lock part has fallen off (but I have it on hand) door cannot lock.

X2 flyscreen doors need a mesh replacement. 0.82m x 2.65m mesh area. Patch up painting (optional).

The door has come out of its alignment. Not sure how this happened or how it can be fixed. Needs to be fixed perfectly
