We have three classrooms that need to have their current hinge doors taken off and replaced with a sliding barn door. We are open to the style of barn door, and will discuss this open showing interest in the task. This will need to be completed through a weekday, between 9am - 3pm. Price can be negotiated upon deciding what style barn doors will be installed.

TWO JOBS FOR A SKILLED HANDYMAN Task 1 - Attach two small mirrors to rear side of wardrobe doors. The 2 mirrors were removed for painting and now need to be reattached. Task 2 - Re-install 2 wardrobe sliding doors. They were removed for paint works and carpet installation. The floor rail / bracket needs to be raised, possibly with a strip of aluminium or a piece of 16mm melamine ply, as I have shown in the photo. I have provided a photo of the actual mirror sliding doors, pictured leaning against the wall in the bathroom. Location is an Apartment on St Kilda Road Melbourne 3004. There is one hour parking around the building.

We have a glass sliding door that is sticking and jamming.

Looking for professional assessment and advice. Undersize Solid brick wall needs door opening cut out to be make taller by about 300mm and structure resupported with lintel above door. Trade person engaged with the project must supply all necessary tools and equipment and materials for this job. Also a bonus would also require a custom made door built and installed to fit the new opening size but if you can’t I can find someone else who can afterwards. Willing to consider any reasonable offer to help with this project. Budget is flexible up to $2,000 if this is a job you can do without any dramas. I welcome genuine offers for help with this task.

The panel on my shower door has come off and needs to be safely reattached

The door seems to be sitting slightly out of alignment, so the latch doesn’t line up correctly with the strike plate and the door cannot close properly. Looking for an experienced handyman to: * Inspect the door and hinges * Adjust/re-align the door as needed * Adjust the latch/strike plate if necessary * Make sure the door closes and latches properly Photos attached for reference. Install 2 door handles. Previous handles have been removed. Refer images, a bigger hole is required. Sliding laundry door needs adjusting/shortening and it is too tight to the bottom carpet.

I need my back door taken off the hinges a piece of wood added to the bottom to bridge the gap and then the door to be reattached

Our washer and dryer are a couple of millimeters off fitting. Need to remove the sliding door to install them. Also the washing machine’s inlet hose is too short so it needs a new one at 3m to be safe. You’ll need to supply this please & take any rubbish with you. We need it done Sunday 16th August around 10am as we have to be out of the house by noon.

Need a handyman in to fix the door downstairs leading to the carpark of office space. The issue is with the top door hinge, seems to be bent (and is catching). This was the issue last time. I think this was probably damaged when previous tenants moved out as they most likely forced the door wide open.

Our kitchen door doesn't close, i think because floor has been redone to a higher level than original. It looks like someone has already tried to file back the bottom. Can you get it to close cleanly, with enough clearance so building movements won't have it jammed in future?
