The bottom part of my door frame has become water-damaged — the wood has swollen, cracked and the veneer is peeling off. Repaint some windowsills that are a little cracked and have some mould if possible re-silicon a tile line on the bathroom floor and re-silicon a cabinet joiner is split if possible

Need some fly screen/cat net installed on our windows. The said windows open outwards and it’s an old rental so can’t risk damaging the wooden structure. We don’t have any materials since we don’t know how to do this. Also would be appreciated if the result wasn’t too aesthetically displeasing…

My girl can’t open her closet sliding door. It got stuck yesterday. Shes free from 2:30 onwards today.

I have removed the door between my bathroom and laundry. I have a bifold door that I need installed in place of it. I have purchased the track for the bifold door which needs to be installed. The little door jamb that runs along the middle of the door frame needs to be removed to allow the bifold door to fit nicely. I also have a security door that was removed that needs to be reinstalled.

Removal of panel garage door & assembly. No electrical work required. Tidy and efficient turnaround requested. Must be cleared offsite and disposed of at the end of the job. Project can only occur after 2.30pm.

Handyman needed for 2 jobs: 1. Fix pantry. This is a rollout pantry and i recently noticed it was stiff, and then found the wheels had come away. It may need new wheels but I need to it to slide out easily again! 2. Our external door to the garage is beyond repair (see rot at bottom) and needs replacing. I will grab a new door from Bunnings, just need the old one removed and the new one put on.
