Not sure why my garage door isn't opening, but it closes fine. Not sure if its the door or the machine.

We just installed new carpets and the room doors need trimming to I think about 5mm to 10mm so it will fit. Also, we are replacing the side sliding door lock. It's a bit tricky to install as the two sides are not well aligned and needs a little adjustment on placement. Attached are the pictures.

A handle has come off the bedroom door, and there is a loose towel rail in the bathroom that needs tightening. I need to tighten the towel rail and refit the bedroom door handle. Also, check and tighten the other two bedroom doors if required.

Door hinge holes became loose. The screws themselves won't fit anymore - Need someone to fill the holes and screw the hinges back in

Glass sliding door has rubbed against metal sliding rail damaging it. Need to fix new rail and wheels for the door. Fix cavity sliding door ( 2 of them)

Hello, Just purchased a Smart Wireless Garage Door Opener and am looking to have this installed.
