When it's cold, our electric garage door doesn't go up and down easily. We have to get out of the car with the remote control and help to push it up or down, otherwise it only goes up or down a couple of inches at a time. It's not such an issue in summer. We're looking for someone to see if they can help to make it open and close more easily and reliably.

We have a large pivot door dividing our hallway from the lounge. It has hinges that connect at the floor and ceiling. It has a Lockwood brand hinge. The door is too low and scrapes on the floor when it is opened. We would like it raised or shaved so it doesn't scrape.

Kitchen doors need adjustment and realignment. 5 cupboards realign. Some might need remounting.

I need two things done: 1. One of the pillars supporting our laneway roller doors is tilting. We want to strengthen this pillar somehow so that it remains straight. (The garage door gets stuck if it goes all the way up) 2. (Small fix) our Merlin weather drive unit has an error code showing, and it doesn’t work. It’s flashing code 2

Cabinet doors have been installed but not lining up correctly. Need hinges adjusted so the sit flush with each other. Photos for example. Probably 8 sets in total to straighten.

Garage door wall mounted remote is not working. I have tried a new battery but did not fix the problem. Light flashes 6-8 times after pressing button.

Door hinge has dropped preventing door closing. Appears to be metal hinge in metal frame (ie no visible screws to tighten). Will likely need replacing. Need fixed ASAP as preventing us using room in business.

Each door will need to be adapted to imbed the latch plate, as will each door frame as the footprint is different to the existing fittings. Pictures of existing footprint and new fittings that need to be installed are provided. Woodwork is required here for each of the 10 x doors.

Install door hardware on 6 internal doors. All old hardware has been removed. As most of these doors are old and may need to be filled where old hardware was removed from, before replacing with new hardware. One door is new.

The wheels do not run properly over the rails and the door gets jammed. The top rail is also beginning to slip.
