I need someone to repair this door frame that was damaged when installing a new lock. The issue is purely cosmetic as the door lock is now securely in place. I require for the fix to be as invisible as possible and would require to match the colour of the rest of the frame.

When it's cold, our electric garage door doesn't go up and down easily. We have to get out of the car with the remote control and help to push it up or down, otherwise it only goes up or down a couple of inches at a time. It's not such an issue in summer. We're looking for someone to see if they can help to make it open and close more easily and reliably.

We have a large pivot door dividing our hallway from the lounge. It has hinges that connect at the floor and ceiling. It has a Lockwood brand hinge. The door is too low and scrapes on the floor when it is opened. We would like it raised or shaved so it doesn't scrape.
